The role requires managing both factory and site-level compliance including handling contractors, ensuring documentation, inspections, and workforce regulatory adherence across multiple states. Reporting & Records: · Maintain up-to-date compliance dashboards, MIS reports, and audit logs . · Digitally archive all compliance records for easy retrieval and inspection readiness.
